Adventures in Learning Program
Is a stimulating program for any older adult who would
like to continue learning and sharing life experiences
with peers. It is a great place to build old friendships
and develop new ones as well as keep the ol' grey matter
engaged and sharp!
Adventures In Learning meets from 9:30-Noon
North Cross United Methodist Church

A Typical Day would look like this:
Though most attendees at are in the 60+ age range--
attendance is open to all adults. If you have a topic you would like to
learn more about or one that you would like to present;

CLASSES
The subjects that are offered are limitless....
History, Literature, Religion, Art, CurrentAffairs, Book Reviews, Health,
Business, Travel, Finance, Gardening, Fitness, Animals, Hobbies, and
Forums for Local Candidates and Elected Officials.... If you have an
interest you would like to learn about or to share let us know!
Teachers are recruited from local colleges, universities, area high schools,
seminaries, local religious leaders, historians, hospitals, business leaders,
and from the rank of the students themselves who have an expertise or
interest ot share.
CLASS FEES
Registration is $2.00. With our registration fee we cover the
expense of agendas, name tags, monthly rent to North Cross and
speakers.
